+ How should I prepare my property for service?
On the Day of the Service:
- Please have a water spigot activated and accessible
- Please have all windows and doors shut tightly
- Please ensure you shut off all outside electrical outlets and fixtures at breaker box prior to arrival
- Please have all pets inside before and during cleaning
- Please clear the work areas of all items and remove all sensitive materials from the areas being washed such as flags, doormats, and vehicles.
- Please avoid using water during the cleaning service to ensure no loss of pressure or volume.
+ What is Soft Wash?
Soft wash is a cleaning technique that uses low pressure (about the same as your garden hose) and specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove mildew, algae, moss, and lichens from building exteriors.
+ What service does Pacific Spray Wash not offer?
We don't offer non vinyl wrapped aluminum siding cleaning. Typically aluminum siding that is not vinyl coated tends to be heavily oxidized and nearly impossible to clean.
+ Are you insured?
Yes. If the unexpected happens, rest assured we are covered.
+ What kind of cleaning agents do you use?
We use a proprietary mix of cleaning agents that we mix on the spot custom for your property. Our biodegradable cleaning solution typically includes water, surfactants, and sodium hypochlorite which is an ingredient found in household bleach and is often used to treat our drinking water and municipal water systems.
+ Will you protect my outdoor fixtures?
Exterior fixtures including lights or security cameras are taped off or covered with plastic to prevent water damage.
